We are looking for an experience Nuclear I&C Project Manager to deliver the commissioning phases of the project
Position:
* Lead the engineering and integration of an integrated nuclear safety and operational I&C with respect to costs, recourses, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction
* Develop I&C concepts and plant integration strategies, conduct project planning clarify and define scope of supply and services, costs, schedule and quality standards, assess project risks
* Supervise costs, deadlines and quality in your capacity as project manager, ensure effective follow-up and compile reports
* Coordinate and track services provided by subcontractors, draw up risk precautions and represent engineering proposal to customer
* Evaluate and monitor internal/external deliveries and services, in addition to handling claims management
*Manage product line strategy and process optimisation, including end-to-end analysis and implementation of process improvements
*Oversee full range of activities associated with people management, such as defining targets within project team, motivating and supporting team members and planning personnel deployment at a quantitative and qualitative level
* Perform additional managerial tasks, such as ensuring compliance with workplace safety, contributing to committees and representing the unit
Qualification:
* University degree in Engineering/Engineering Management (major I&C), complemented by a solid understanding of the design, operational procedures and safety concepts of large power plants, preferably nuclear power plants
* Proven track record in leading large projects, with demonstrable people and project management skills in an multinational environment
* Well-developed abilities in the area of time management, organisation, QA/QM, order processing, logistics, controlling and claim management
* Expertise relating to applicable business processes and supplier structures, preferably in the nuclear power industry, together with understanding of relevant standards and regulations
* Knowledge of contract and trade law, reactor technology and country-specific export management desirable
* Customer- and results oriented approach, complemented by cost and resource awareness
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to manage multiple interfaces
* Strong presentation skills, together with highly developed interpersonal abilities
* Computer literacy in MS Office and SAP, preferably supplemented by knowledge of database applications
